Tommy Vaughan practices primarily in the areas of tax planning, trusts and estate planning, business succession and commercial transactions, providing tax advice and counsel to individuals and businesses in a variety of business sectors. While Tommy devotes a considerable amount of his practice to taxation, estate planning and probate, he also practices extensively in the area of commercial transactions.  Typical commercial transactions in Tommy’s practice include business formation, real estate, purchase and sale transactions, deal structuring, mergers and acquisitions and private financing.

 

Tommy was one of the founding members of the firm, having practiced prior to that time with one of the oldest and largest law firms in Arkansas.

 

Tommy graduated from the University of Florida with an LL.M. in Taxation in 1987. He received a Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1986, and he received a B.S.B.A., with honors, from the University of Arkansas in 1983.

 

Tommy was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1986. He has received the AV® peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Pulaski County Bar Association. Tommy was born and grew up in Morrilton, Arkansas.
