Emily Whipple Nadeau practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, taxation, and estate and trust administration. Emily has experience designing and implementing sophisticated estate plans for high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families that focus on tax efficiency, family governance and succession planning, and wealth stewardship. Emily also advises clients on business planning, estate and trust administration issues, charitable giving, and premarital planning.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Emily practiced at a law firm in New York City with the largest private wealth practice in the country.

Emily is a graduate of Washington and Lee University, cum laude. She earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and was elected to Order of the Coif. Emily also obtained her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University, where she was selected as a Graduate Editor of the Tax Law Review.

Emily is admitted to the Bar in Arkansas, New York and Tennessee and is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and Pulaski County Bar Association. Emily is a native of Arkadelphia, Arkansas.
