T. Austin Simmons

Austin Simmons practices primarily in business transactions, tax planning, and estate planning. Austin attended the University of Florida Levin College of law where he graduated with an LL.M in Taxation. During his time at the University of Florida, Austin was selected to serve as a Graduate Student Editor on the Florida Tax Review.

Austin earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law where he graduated with honors. During law school, Austin served on the Arkansas Law Review as both a Staff Editor and Symposium Editor. Austin was also a recipient of the LeMay Business Law Fellowship. 

Prior to attending law school, Austin graduated with honors from Harding University, where he studied accounting. After graduation, he passed all four sections of the Certified Public Accounting examination before attending law school. 

Austin was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2023 and is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association. Austin is a native of Hot Springs, and enjoys spending free time with his wife, Anna-Grace.
