Thomas C. Vaughan Jr.
Tom Vaughan practices primarily in the areas of taxation, estate planning, probate and commercial transactions.
Tom graduated from the University of Florida with an LL.M. in Taxation in 1987. He received a Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1986, and he received a B.S.B.A., with honors, from the University of Arkansas in 1983.
Tom was one of the founding members of the firm, having practiced prior to that time with one of the oldest and largest law firms in Arkansas.
While Tom devotes a considerable amount of his practice to taxation, estate planning and probate, he also practices extensively in the area of commercial transactions, usually involving business acquisitions and private financing. He advises individuals and businesses in Arkansas on contract, business and tax related matters.
Tom was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1986. He has received the AV® peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Tom is a member of the American Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Pulaski County Bar Association. He was born in Morrilton, Arkansas.
