Roger Rowe practices in the areas of business litigation, including contract, corporate, securities, fraud, unfair competition, taxation and real estate litigation, and appellate advocacy.

Roger graduated from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1985, where he was a Hatton W. Sumners Scholar, a Leading Articles Editor for the Journal of Air Law & Commerce, and a member of the Order of the Barristers. Roger graduated magna cum laude from Arkansas State University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He was born in Paragould, Arkansas.

Before joining the Firm in 2003, Roger practiced for almost eighteen years with one of the oldest and largest law firms in Arkansas. He has tried complex business cases in state and federal courts in Arkansas since his admission to the Arkansas bar in 1985. He has experience in almost all types of business litigation, including class actions. Roger co-authored the article, Proposed Arkansas Model Fraud Jury Instructions, 20 U.A.L.R. L.J. 51 (1997), and he authored the Comment, After Bali: Can the Warsaw Convention be proven a Taking under the Fifth Amendment?, 49 J. Air L. & Com. 947 (1984) and the Casenote, McKay v. Rockwell Int’l Corp., 49 J. Air L. & Com. 671 (1984).

Roger is also an editor and contributing author to Handling Appeals in Arkansas. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the United States Tax Court. In 2007, Roger was appointed by the Arkansas Supreme Court to the Committee on Model Jury Instructions – Civil, and in 2012 he served as chairman of the Committee. He has received the AV® peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, is listed in Best Lawyers in America ® in the areas of Appellate Practice, Franchise Law and Commercial litigation, and was listed in the 2014 Business Edition of Super Lawyers in the area of business litigation. In 2012, Roger received the Sidney S. McMath Award from the Pulaski County Bar Association in recognition of his impeccable record of practice.

Roger is a member of the American Bar Association; the Arkansas Bar Association, having served as the chair of the Business Section of the Arkansas Bar in 2000-2001; the Pulaski County, Arkansas Bar Association; and the Federalist Society. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Haiti Christian Development Project, Inc. and the Board of Directors of the Central Arkansas Christian Schools, Inc.
